Introduction and Scope

Deposits

  • Minimum and Maximum: The minimum deposit is 10.00 USD (or its equivalent in other currencies). The maximum per transaction is 10,000.00 USD.
  • Fees: No processing fees shall be charged for standard deposits unless otherwise stated.
  • Methods: Deposits may be made using the methods available on the Site from time to time. Bk33 reserves the right to introduce or remove methods at its discretion.
  • Verification: Additional verification may be required for certain deposits.

Withdrawals

  • Minimum and Maximum: Withdrawals require a minimum of 20.00 USD and a maximum of 10,000.00 USD per request, subject to available balance and regulatory constraints.
  • Real Money Balances: Only real money balances may be withdrawn; bonus or promotional balances may be excluded unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • Verification: Bk33 may require verification documentation for withdrawals, including for withdrawals above 1,000.00 USD or where suspicious activity is suspected.

Promotions and Bonus Rules

Promotional offers and bonuses are subject to separate terms published for each offer. Key principles include: one account per person, IP address, device, and billing details; wagering requirements and game contribution rules apply; certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Bk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate promotions at any time and without notice. Any bonuses or winnings derived from such offers may be forfeited if terms are not met.

Wagering and Settlement

  • Finality of Wagering: Wagers are binding once accepted by the Site and settled on the official results as recorded by Bk33.

If a dispute cannot be resolved locally, participants may seek resolution through the relevant licensing authority and courts having jurisdiction over Bk33 under the governing law.

Taxes and Compliance

Players are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes arising from winnings or losses in their jurisdiction. Bk33 may withhold or report sums where required by law.

Intellectual Property and Software

All Site content, software and intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to Bk33. You obtain no rights other than to use the Site in accordance with these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or copy software or content except as permitted by law or with express written consent.

Prohibited Conduct and Integrity

Automatic play, tampering, manipulation, or any attempt to compromise the integrity of games or the Site is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination, forfeiture of winnings, and legal action. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and to refrain from any collusion or fraud in relation to wagers.

Suspension and Termination

Bk33 may suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, any legitimate balance will be returned to you in accordance with applicable law and processing requirements. Winnings may be forfeited for material breaches or regulatory non-compliance.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, cyber incidents, or government action.

Privacy and Data Protection

Data is retained for a period consistent with regulatory obligations and dispute resolution requirements, after which it may be securely deleted or anonymized. Language and Governing Law

These Terms are written in English and prevail in the event of a dispute. The Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bk33 is licensed. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to available remedies under applicable law.

Communication and Notices

Notifications may be issued electronically to the address on your account or via the Site messaging system. You consent to electronic communications related to your account and the Services.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bk33 regarding the Services. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without Bk33’s prior written consent.
