Overview and applicability

This policy sets out the self-exclusion and time-out arrangements available to users of Bk33. It applies to all accounts registered with Bk33 and governs the operation of time-out periods, self-exclusion periods, and the steps required to initiate, modify or revoke such protections.

Time-out: short-term break

Time-out is a short break from all Bk33 products. When you activate a time-out, you will be unable to place bets, deposit funds, withdraw funds, or access any Bk33 product for the duration selected. The available time-out periods are displayed in the Account Profile. Revocation of a time-out is permitted only after 24 hours from the initial request; after the period ends, the account is automatically re-activated.

Self-exclusion: extended protection

You may elect a longer break by selecting a self-exclusion for a defined period. On submission, your account will enter a cooling-off stage. Details:

  1. Stage 1 24-hour cooling-off period during which the account is closed to activity, and no deposits or withdrawals are allowed.
  2. Following Stage 1, available self-exclusion durations will be presented with no option to alter pre-selected periods.
  3. To proceed, you must send an email confirming your chosen exclusion period. If no response is received within 24 hours, the account will be reopened and a confirmation sent by email.

During the Self-Exclusion period, the account is disabled and you will not be able to deposit or withdraw funds for the entire duration. Upon expiry, the account is automatically reactivated.

Revocation and adjustment

Requests to revoke or adjust an active exclusion or time-out must be submitted by written notice or electronic communication. Bk33 will consider such requests in its sole discretion and may deny them. We will not provide promotions to customers who have self-excluded.

Financial limits and protection

You may set hard limits on spending, deposits, or wagers in the My Account section. If you exceed a preset limit, further actions related to that limit are restricted. Setting or removing a limit or exclusion requires written or electronic notice. Bk33 may require identity verification before processing any revocation or modification. The company will take reasonable steps to prevent promotional material from reaching excluded customers, but cannot be held liable for activity arising via alternate or re-registered accounts.

Bk33 may provide access to third-party software tools to assist auto-exclusion in accordance with industry standards.

Compliance, privacy and changes

All self-exclusion actions are processed in accordance with the Bk33 privacy policy and applicable law. If terms are updated, existing users may choose to discontinue use before the update becomes effective, in accordance with the governing rules. Age restriction: Underage gambling is prohibited.

Requests and contact

Self-exclusion and time-out requests should be submitted through your account communications channels or the internal dedicated email channel. Bk33 will confirm actions and durations by email and will update the account status promptly upon effect.
