BK33 Affiliate Program Overview
BK33 provides a formal partner program that compensates affiliates for driving genuine, compliant player activity to the BK33 platform. The program is governed by an Affiliate Agreement that defines eligibility, calculation of commissions, payment mechanics, and compliance requirements. Participation confirms acceptance of BK33’s governance framework and related policies for affiliates and players.
Enrollment and Onboarding
- Submit an Affiliate Application through the BK33 Partner Portal for initial review.
- BK33 Affiliate Team conducts eligibility verification in line with applicable regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Upon approval, the affiliate gains access to the Affiliate Dashboard and is bound by the Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
- Affiliates certify understanding of marketing guidelines, data handling rules, and responsible gaming requirements.
Traffic Promotion and Brand Guidelines
Affiliates may employ BK33-provided promotional assets, including banners and landing pages, within the permitted channels and geographies. Use of brand assets must be accurate, non-deceptive, and in compliance with applicable advertising laws. Prohibited practices include bot traffic, incentivized traffic schemes that distort genuine engagement, and traffic from jurisdictions where BK33 is not authorized to operate.
Commission Model
Commissions are calculated monthly based on Net Revenue generated by referred players across all eligible BK33 verticals. Net Revenue equals gross revenue from referred players minus player bonuses and certain administrative adjustments as defined in the Affiliate Agreement. The Monthly Tiered Share applies as follows:
- 0 – 100,000 Net Revenue: 15%
- 100,001 – 500,000: 25%
- 500,001 – 1,000,000: 30%
- 1,000,001 – 3,000,000: 35%
- 3,000,001 – 6,000,000: 40%
- 6,000,001 – 12,000,000: 45%
- Over 12,000,000: 50%
An Active Player Requirement applies. A referred player is considered active if they have completed required verification and made real-money wagers within the calculation month. BK33 reserves the right to audit activity and adjust commissions to exclude non-active or invalid referrals.
Payment Terms
Commission accrual is calculated at month-end and paid by the 10th day of the following month, subject to a minimum payout threshold. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and approved e-wallets. The standard minimum payout is $100 or equivalent in local currency. Payments are net of any applicable statutory withholdings and reporting requirements.
Reporting and Transparency
The Affiliate Dashboard provides real-time tracking of referrals, clicks, sign-ups, and wagering activity, with aggregated monthly performance data and downloadable reports. Affiliates may export data for accounting purposes and reconciliations. BK33 reserves the right to suspend or modify reporting in the event of system maintenance or compliance needs.
Compliance, Verification and Termination
Affiliates must comply with applicable laws, including anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and responsible gaming obligations. BK33 may verify identities, monitor traffic, and suspend or terminate affiliations for violations such as fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or advertising rule breaches. Upon termination, pending commissions will be settled in accordance with the then-current payout rules, subject to holdbacks necessary for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. All data handling and confidentiality obligations survive termination as described in the Affiliate Agreement.
Support and Governance
BK33 assigns Affiliate Managers as primary points of contact. Support channels, response times, and escalation pathways are defined in the Affiliate Agreement. BK33 may update terms with notice as required by law, and continued participation after notice constitutes consent to the updated terms.
Data Protection and Privacy
Affiliates and referred players are protected by BK33’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. Data accessed by affiliates is limited to performance metrics and transactional details necessary for program administration. BK33 may share data with service providers and regulators as required by law or compliance obligations; affiliates retain access to their own performance data via the Dashboard.
