General Provisions

These BK33 Sports Rules govern all interactive sports wagering products and services offered by BK33. They supplement the BK33 General Terms and Conditions and apply to every bet placed on sporting events available through BK33. Where a conflict arises, the English-language version prevails and BK33 reserves the right to amend these Rules with immediate effect on publication.

  • These Rules are binding on all accounts and activities related to BK33’s sports wagering platform, including in‑play, pre‑match, and event‑specific markets.

Account Registration and Verification

  • Eligibility: A bettor must satisfy legal age requirements and be permitted to place wagers under applicable law in the bettor’s jurisdiction.
  • Verification: BK33 may perform identity, source‑of‑funds, and other checks (including video verification) as required by law or policy. BK33 may suspend or restrict access pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
  • Funds and provenance: The bettor may be required to disclose and document sources of funds used for wagering. BK33 may request supporting documentation and take administrative actions if funds are suspected to be illicit or incorrectly sourced.
  • Account integrity: Re‑registration, sharing login credentials, or using third‑party payment details is prohibited. BK33 may suspend or close accounts identified as multi‑accounting or used to circumvent limits or rules.
  • Data accuracy: Bettors are responsible for maintaining current and accurate registration data; BK33 relies on information provided by the bettor for regulatory compliance and risk controls.

Bets, Markets and Settlement

  • Definition of a bet: A bet is valid at the moment the system records an accepted wager in the bet coupon. If the platform does not display an acceptance confirmation, the bettor should consult bet history or contact Support; otherwise the bet is considered placed when accepted.
  • Odds and acceptance: If the displayed odds change after placement, the bettor may accept the revised odds to maintain the wager, or opt to cancel; the bettor may enable an option to automatically accept odds changes.
  • Pre‑match vs in‑play: Pre‑match bets must be placed before the event officially starts. In‑play betting markets operate only while the event is in progress; bets placed after the official start of an event may be void unless the market expressly permits live wagering.
  • Limits and discretion: BK33 may establish and modify betting limits, including individual market limits, and may cancel or suspend bets that violate these limits or are otherwise improper.
  • Cashout: Cashout functionality is offered on eligible markets and is determined by BK33’s system. BK33 may suspend or remove cashout on certain markets or events, and may cancel cashouts if a market is altered or settled contrary to official results.
  • Prohibited bets and players: Bets by persons who are participants in the event (athletes, coaches, referees, etc.), or by BK33 employees or their close associates, may be voided. Use of automated tools or bots to place bets is prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure.
  • Prohibition on multi‑betting exclusions: The platform may void bets placed in “express” or “system” formats containing conflicting selections within the same event or market or overlapping families of bets.
  • Finality of authority: BK33 is the final authority on the validity and settlement of all accepted bets and may adjust or reverse settlements on a reasoned basis in cases of error or fraud.

Event Timing, Postponements, and No Action

  • Event scheduling: All events are expected to occur on the date and site published by BK33, subject to the rules for specific sports and exceptions noted in these Rules. Certain sports (e.g., Auto Racing, Golf, Tennis, MMA/UFC, Boxing) may be exempt from strict date‑and‑site rules as determined by BK33.
  • No action and postponements: If an event is postponed, suspended, or not completed on the day of the scheduled start without a formal conclusion, affected wagers may be deemed no action unless a different settlement rule applies in the sport or market.
  • Official status: For purposes of wagering, the official result is the result published by the relevant governing body or, in absence of such, the result determined by BK33 using available official sources. Persisting uncertainties may cause settlement delays.
  • Uncompleted events: If an event is not completed within the defined time frame, BK33 reserves the right to void unsettled bets on markets not otherwise determined.

Results, Data Sources, and Discrepancies

  • Source discipline: Settlement relies on official event results and standings. Where multiple sources exist, BK33 will consult official protocols and, if necessary, video material or other authoritative sources to determine the correct result.
  • Statistical data and timing: Statistics and secondary data may be updated up to 48 hours after an event’s conclusion. If conflicting information arises, BK33 reserves the right to defer settlement pending clarification and to settle according to the most reliable official data available.
  • Finality: In disputes or ambiguities not covered by explicit rule, BK33’s decision is final and binding on all customers and the platform’s settlement systems.

Sport‑Specific Rules

  • Football (American/Canadian and College Football): The second half and any overtime are included for certain market types; fourth‑quarter lines exclude overtime unless specified otherwise. Half‑time and full‑time pools may consider overtime depending on market terms. If the Super Bowl date or venue changes due to weather, open bets on related markets remain action until the game is played. For purposes of action, two halves and quarters must be completed in full. Season length and results are settled in accordance with official protocols and overtime rules as stated in the event’s governing rules.
  • Basketball: Team totals for the second half include overtime. Fourth‑quarter lines exclude overtime unless stated otherwise. Double result pools consider the first half winner and the game winner (overtime included only where specified). All overtime periods count toward final resolution for relevant markets.
  • Baseball: Official status is achieved after five innings (four and a half if the home team is leading). If a game is suspended or called early, final scores are determined by the last full inning, except when the home team takes the lead in the bottom of the inning. Run Lines and Totals require nine full innings (or 8.5 if the home team is winning). Pitcher definitions include ACTION, LISTED PITCHERS (LP), YOUR TEAM’S PITCHER (PT) and OPPOSING PITCHER (TP), each with specific conditions for action. Postseason and international events have additional carry‑over rules when applicable. Grand Salami bets cover all eligible games in the specified league and are not subject to pitcher dependence; playoff games follow standard discipline for suspended games as dictated by the governing body.
  • Hockey: Games are official after 55 minutes of play. Markets include Money Line, Puck Line, and Total, with complete game results subject to overtime rules where specified. If overtime or a shootout determines a winner, the margin is adjusted per market terms and official results.
  • Soccer: Markets include Outright, Moneyline, Handicap, Over/Under, Correct Score, First Goal/Last Goal, Half‑Time/Full‑Time, and Corners. Where a game is discontinued or abandoned, bets on completed markets may stand if a definitive result exists; otherwise, refund or void rules apply as set out in general provisions. Halves and extra time are treated per market definitions; penalties introduce market‑specific settlement as defined by the event’s governing rules.
  • Tennis, Golf, Auto Racing, MMA/UFC and Boxing: These sports are subject to the sport‑specific rules and any exceptions noted in the event’s markets. Where a rule set conflicts with the general rules, the sport‑specific market terms prevail.

Governing Principles and Discretion

  • Bad Line and Fraud: BK33 may cancel bets if a line was obviously posted in error, if cheating or hacking is detected, or if the event outcome can be inferred from the score in a manner inconsistent with market terms.
  • Prohibited conduct: Any attempt to manipulate results, collude on bets, or engage in other prohibited activity may lead to account suspension and refund of affected bets, with further actions at BK33’s discretion.
  • Language and precedence: The English version governs interpretation; if a translation conflict arises, the English text prevails.
